SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Destinations

Currently, SOLVÉRA ships only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.


Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Standard shipping typically takes 2–8 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, operational delays, public holidays, or courier partner disruptions.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery pincode.

Shipping charges, COD fees, platform charges, and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on eligible orders at an additional fee.

SOLVÉRA reserves the right to deny COD service for:

  • High-risk orders
  • Repeated failed COD deliveries
  • Suspicious activity
  • Customers with previous order rejections/refusals

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment updates using the tracking link provided.


Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details during checkout.

SOLVÉRA will not be responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Undelivered Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or customer unavailability, the order amount will be issued only as store credit. Shipping and return handling charges of ₹170 will be deducted before issuing store credit. Store credits are non-refundable and valid for future purchases only.


Delivery Confirmation

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier partner at the shipping address provided during checkout will be considered successfully delivered.

SOLVÉRA is not responsible for loss, theft, or acceptance of the package by another individual after successful delivery confirmation.


RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS POLICY

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or monetary refunds.
All sales made on SOLVÉRA are considered final.

Refunds are not provided in monetary form unless required under applicable law.


Eligible Replacement Cases

A replacement may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Missing item(s)
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Product received with a manufacturing defect

Replacement Claim Requirements

For any replacement request, customers must provide:

  • A complete uncut unboxing video
  • Clear visibility of the sealed package
  • Shipping label visible in the video
  • Product clearly shown during unpacking
  • Clear evidence of the issue

This video is mandatory for verification and claim assessment.

Replacement requests without proper unboxing proof may not be eligible for assistance.


Replacement Claim Timeframe

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery for:

  • Wrong item
  • Missing item
  • Damaged parcel

For manufacturing defects, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Requests submitted beyond the applicable timeframe may not be eligible for support.


Claim Review & Approval

All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by the SOLVÉRA support team.

SOLVÉRA reserves the right to reject claims in cases involving:

  • Insufficient proof
  • Edited or incomplete videos
  • Suspicious activity
  • Policy misuse
  • False or fraudulent claims

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacements or refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Improper handling or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor color differences due to lighting/screen settings
  • Orders placed using incorrect shipping details
  • Delayed claims beyond the allowed timeframe
  • Products damaged due to improper care
  • Earrings and certain jewelry items due to hygiene reasons

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, dimensions, and sizing information before placing an order.



Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

Once processing or shipping begins, cancellation is not possible.
