Return & Replacement Policy

At SOLVÉRA, we take pride in delivering premium-quality jewelry crafted with durable materials and made to last.

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

However, we gladly offer replacements for genuine issues covered under the conditions below.


Eligible Replacement Cases

1. Damaged During Delivery

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Include your order number
  • An unboxing video is required for verification

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


2. Manufacturing Defect

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos showing the defect
  • Include your order number

After verification, we will provide a replacement free of charge.


3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share product photos and order details

Eligible claims will be reviewed and resolved after verification by our support team.


Undelivered Prepaid Orders:

If a prepaid order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or customer unavailability, the order amount will be issued as store credit only. Shipping and return handling charges of ₹130 will be deducted before issuing store credit. Store credits are non-refundable and valid for future purchases only.


Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected
  • Improper handling or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor color differences due to lighting/screens
  • Orders placed using incorrect shipping details

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

Once processing or shipping begins, cancellation is not possible.

Unboxing Video Requirement

For damaged or wrong-item claims, an unboxing video is required for verification purposes.

The video should clearly show:

  • Sealed package before opening
  • Shipping label visible
  • Product being unpacked
  • The issue clearly visible

This helps us process claims quickly and prevent fraudulent requests.


Claim Review & Approval

All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by the SOLVÉRA support team. SOLVÉRA reserves the right to reject claims in cases involving insufficient proof, suspicious activity, misuse of the policy, or policy violations.
